Education

Indalo is passionate about education. We never stop learning. All our team continually attend training courses, both in salon and externally, at the prestigious L’Oreal International Academy in London and other London based Academies.

Indalo currently has 2 L’Oreal Colour Degree Specialists working alongside the other experienced senior colour technicians within the salon to give expert colour advice.

Indalo has a Kerastase Specialist working within the salon available for complimentary consultations. Please ring reception on 020 8940 6464 to book. You will have their expert advice and will receive your own luxury Kerastase personal prescriptive booklet to take home for future reference.

Indalo is proud to be a member of a 150 strong nationwide vocational training network developed and co-ordinated by Cheynes Training, a high quality training provider that operates throughout the United Kingdom. Cheynes Training has established a considerable reputation for high quality training in the hairdressing industry and because of their participation they have become a fully accredited City and Guilds assessment centre.

Our team are educated to National Vocational Qualification Level 2 and 3 (advanced) with 2 more of the team currently undertaking their NVQ Level 3.

Indalo deliver NVQ Levels 2 and 3 in salon 2 days per week to the highest standards. We have small groups so the learners receive a high ratio of the teacher’s time, receiving very intense tuition. The Learners earn while they learn in a realistic salon environment.

  • Male and female hairdressing models are required for Tuesdays and Wednesday days receiving exceptional hairdressing at minimal prices.
  • Please allow extra time for your hair service as students take longer than fully qualified hairdressers.
  • All models requiring a colour service must be skin tested 48 hours before the appointment time.
  • Models under 16 must be accompanied by a parent at all times.
  • Whilst every care is taken to meet your expectations some flexibility and patience is required.
  • Models are allocated to the Learners on the day of Training as to the requirements of the Learners portfolio.
  • Varying the models to Learners gives them valuable experience in all hair types.
